Current turn around is 3-5 business days from order placement. Most items will be shipped via Canada Post. $4 Letter-mail shipping is available on orders $15 or less.
Free tracked shipping over $120 CAD.
Product Information
All products are made with 100% food-grade silicone - non-toxic - tasteless and odourless - BPA, lead, phthalate and cadmium free beads and 100% beech wood.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, the end product may have slight variations from the bead colours.
Refunds
Given the personal nature and hygiene considerations of the products, returns are not accepted, and sales are final.
Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Care + Cleaning
Wash before first use.
Wash with mild soap and warm water or wipe with cloth. Let product thoroughly dry.
Do not soak or fully submerge wooden beads.
Do not boil or sterilize as this may damage the product.
Product Safety
Your little babe should always be supervised when using our products as they contain small objects and beads which can be a choking hazard to young children.
Please keep in mind that this is a handmade product, while it is durable, it is not invincible. Always inspect product before use and discard item if damaged.
Do not put in crib or let child use while sleeping.
